Insurance fraud! We watch movies on Friday instead of getting the therapy our insurance pays for, there's apparently no long term discipline for therapist that are rude and racist! Very disappointed in this company. Think twice about going there for help! You'll get more drama and more anxiety! Very disappointed in their lack of concern.
I cant say the same for greenleaf inpatient, but PHP outpatient has changed my life forever. I’ve gotten so much help with my growth going forward. They gave me tools i needed, and helped me heal. They have all trustworthy people working there. It should be easy finding people who work in mental health that you trust and are genuine, but it’s not as easy as you think. I can definitely say my experience was positive, and i’m thankful for what they’ve done for me. Thankyou Paul, Theresa, Vanessa, Alaura, Anne, TJ and Dr. M.
I was treated very well there, but very unfortunately my therapist was fired mid group. I really enjoyed talking to him, and he helped me a lot, so it felt kinda damaging to have him fired so suddenly. It also pushed back my discharge as I was in the process when he got fired and he was the one handling it. I wasn't even informed that he would no longer work with me, they just switched therapists and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I'd rate higher had it not been for this unfortunate situation.
My son has become more like himself than he has in years. He had a catastrophic TBI. He suffers from schizophrenia and substance abuse. This is the first place that seemed to actually care about him. Two of the managers in the PHP setting Felicia and Gary has helped him tremendously. Kyle Bobo, has been an advocate for him since day one. He could see he was a warm hearted individual with a true mental health condition.
