We just have to leave a review, because we had such a great experience. We moved our trailer from another storage place for more security, cleanliness, amenities, etc. Boy did we hit the jackpot, from the first call with Miranda to finding our perfect spot. Apologies for the late review. However, I want to give a huge shout out to Miranda. We were having issues trying to secure a U-Haul; however, with Miranda's professionalism and extreme patience with us, we got what we needed. I cannot say enough about her hospitality and true kindness. Even when our situation got complicated, she maintained a positive attitude and worked diligently to get us on the road. I've had such a great experience with Miranda! Shes always friendly, professional, and super helpful. The facility is clean, well-maintained. She made the whole process easy and stress-free from the start, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!
I wanted to give 5 stars because the customer service was impeccable. Ashley helped out alot on helping me return my U-Haul and took care of everything she was very polite in the phone and very professional I really like the fast and efficient process of their customer service I will highly recommend to anyone considering doing any business for storage, RV, or U-Haul!
Miranda was amazing. She was so helpful. She found the best rv storage space for me. She took me on a tour of the grounds and made everything quick and easy. I am so happy to have a place close to home and it’s gated and secure. I’m very happy!
