We had a great experience with Greens in Temecula. Ashley was very warm, helpful and accommodating. We sold our camper and moved on, but if we ever get a new toy that needs storage, we will be back!
We have been storing our trailer at Greens storage for 4 years now during the summer. The staff is super friendly and helpful and make everything so easy! There’s been a lot of construction over the years, but the lot still stays tidy. We feel very comfortable storing our trailer there.
We originally had a reservation booked at one of their locations but there was a communication issue, which caused us to lose our reservation. But, Miranda called back within 48 hours of the issue and offered an available spot at a different location and reassured me that we will be put on a waitlist once the original location becomes available as it will fit more of our needs. I really appreciate the call back and the desire to want to help their customers. Looking forward to storing my RV with Greens Storage.
Customer Service here is amazing. They will go the extra mile to make sure they accommodate your needs. Yesterday, I asked if I could move to a different spot for my trailer and while I just sat there and ate candy from their candy bowl, BETH did her magic and made it happen!! These people are AWESOME!! Thanks Beth!!!
I thought we were going to have an issue pulling our trailer out of storage this afternoon due to some construction blockage. The site manager worked with the construction manager and problem resolved in 15 minutes! I was very happy the management team saved the day!!
