Ms. Valinda and Ms. Vicki were extremely helpful in explaining all the facilities and requirements at Greens Storage. Ms. Vicki, in particular, was very knowledgeable and assisted us through the entire signing process with ease. The experience was quite refreshing compared to our previous storage experiences in Orange County. Vicky is awesome! She helped me pick the perfect storage unit and was very accommodating for my situation! I would recommend Green Storage, the same way it was recommended to me! If you are looking for a place for short term or long term storage needs, search no further!! They have a wide range of sizes, and have great amenities! We were even able to get a P.O. box at a reasonable cost!
They showed me the different sizes and were so helpful in helping me select the right size and location for my storage. I’ve been renting storage for personal reasons over 23 years and they have been the most professional and efficient. They are improving the industry with their business model! I have been renting at Greens Storage for several years now. Vicki and Valinda have always been very helpful, kind, and attentive to any questions or concerns that I’ve had. This is by far the cleanest storage facility I’ve ever seen! The place is safe and the rules make sense. They do raise the rent often which is a bummer but I suppose it’s understandable with everything going up in price.
Greens storage has been so helpful and continues to be helpful during a long and challenging move. Vicki has been so helpful in choosing the right size storage units. She is professional and provides a personal touch. She is the proverbial "calm port in the storm". All together I've enjoyed a very positive business experience and highly recommend them!
