Vicki was a big help on both the phone and in person. She went through all the charges, answered all my questions and got me the free one month offer that I qualified for. She took me to the available storage unit that was very clean. I like that this storage place is gated 24/hrs a day, has someone there everyday but Sunday, and even has a bathroom you can access. (Helps when you are older or have young kids with you). I feel my belongings will be secure. The experience was very good.
Both of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Vicky is the one who set me up and assisted me most with showing me around and to my unit. She is awesome, very friendly and does a great job with everything!
The service is great, the units are clean and well lighted. I am repeated client, they beat anyone prices. Thank you staying the same after all these years.
Ms.Vicki was absolutely amazing she helped steer me in the right direction for a unit and made sure that I was able to move my stuff in the same day! She is a super star manager and reached out to me very quickly after I sent a request for more information. I highly recommend greens storage just for their amazing customer service provided by Ms.Vicki.
