The actual place was no problem! It's dealing with people when you call in to make payments! I called in last month on three different occasions and always got someone that doesn't speak English well. I asked for a manager all three times, twice a "manager" wasn't available! The third time, the "manager" was the same person I was already speaking with who eventually admitted to that. I was set up on a payment plan per my request. This group, unbeknownst to me, apparently read an x-ray on behalf of a treating facility in a neighboring county from a visit in December 2024. To be clear, the provider I saw is not in Guilford County and is not Greensboro Radiology. Today, I received a voicemail from a bill collector who informed me that I owed money for services rendered by Greensboro Radiology. if you read the reviews, the bad ones are mostly billing issues, i actually had a non-billing issue with Greensboro Radiology. During an MRI one of the technicians broke my eardrum at Moses Cone. it was investigated and they sent a letter to me that was so full of medical jargon that it was nonsense to a layman, but it appeared to blame me and said that it wasn't possible that they could have done it. I called the billing department to explain a mixup with my insurance at the time of the service rendered and asked if they would resubmit the claim with BCBS. After supplying all the information needed I was told that it was never filed and they would do so. The gentleman that helped me was very courteous and helpful and verified my information three times at different times through our conversation to make sure everything was correct. He was very thorough and very friendly. It was a very nice and welcome experience.

The procedure was a bone marrow biopsy and everything went smoothly. The PA and the radiologist explained everything in detail. I felt fine afterwards and went home shortly thereafter. And the results were posted very promptly.
