I never received a bill by e-mail or US mail. You were quick to send a TXT to my phone though to get paid. For Security reasons, I don't do business by TXT links. Couldn't pay the bill online from your website as I had no Account Number from the bill you never sent. Had to call to get a copy. Once I received the doc, having to setup another Security method was a pain. Another account/pwd to keep up with.
