This office was used remotely by my local dr so I dont have experience with them however their billing dept is horrible and a scam. They recieved payment from my insurance. Then proceeded to spend 2 months harassing me for a payment that they already received. They threatened escalation of the "debt". They refused to let me speak to a supervisor or some kind of higher team leader. They could not give me information on the claimed denial they supposedly recieved from my insurance. Greensboro Radiology was a fine establishment, until it comes to bill payments. I've been paying off my bill monthly and consistently. Well apparently there was a separate bill that was never once brought to my attention by way of mail, phone, email etc. They sent it to bill collections without every notifying me of an additional bill. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. Do not bother going here, find a more organized and trustworthy facility.

I received a text message regarding a past due bill from a collection agency and reached out to Greensboro Radiology to see if the text was a legit bill, as I had not received any type of bill from them. After speaking with someone in billing named Michael, I learned that the bill is from June of 2023 and it is now January 2026. I ask him where he originally sent the bill to and he states that they sent out 2 statements in 2023. The actual place was no problem! It's dealing with people when you call in to make payments! I called in last month on three different occasions and always got someone that doesn't speak English well. I asked for a manager all three times, twice a "manager" wasn't available! The third time, the "manager" was the same person I was already speaking with who eventually admitted to that. I was set up on a payment plan per my request. This company does not make sure you are in-network when they are given radiology results from Cone Health. So, if you have, for example, Oscar, then you are not covered. Greensboro Radiology should check before receiving patients' results to ensure that they are in-network before accepting them. They do not, then they send you to collections. Super shady, unethical, and the perfect example of a broken healthcare system.
