Recently sold my home with GTH and the service I received was excellent. Harry dealt with my sale and was superb at chasing down solicitors and finding out where we were in the conveyancing process. I have viewed a number of houses with GTH over the past few months. I have found all the staff in the different branches to be friendly helpful and professional. The brochures you produce are great quality and better than those produced by some other agents I have viewed with properties with. Communication is also very good with emails confirming viewings and always a follow up call the day after a viewing to obtain feedback. Dealt with a lady called Ann, she handled the sale from start to finish and was always at the end of the phone when needed. Very professional and well run company, i would definitely use again.
On first meeting Ann we felt she understood our reasons for moving and was the only agent to point out the financial implications having not long moved to our house, which was one of the reasons for putting our property with GTH .
