As a landlord, I initially found GTH to be professional and helpful when letting out my property through their fully managed service. The onboarding process was smooth, and the initial property survey, carried out by an external surveyor, was thorough and detailed. I had a wonderful experience with GTH, dealing with Alisha and Harry. The end process was when I found them particularly helpful and engaging, especially at a busy Christmas period. Excellent team to work with, we have been kept informed of the current developments in the sale process and although not complete we have got to the point of accepting an offer.
