We have just exchanged contracts on a house we have sold through GTH in burnham. We dealt with Wayne who couldn’t have been more helpful. There were big delays in exchange due to a solicitor at the bottom and Wayne chased them tirelessly and provided constant updates to us. I would highly recommend GTH and would like to extend our huge thanks to Wayne for getting us over the line!
This is the 3rd time I have used the services of GTH and each time they have given me a personable and professional service that resulted in very quick sales. This latest one was sold to the first person through the door after just 4 days (including a second viewing) at full asking price. I did make the mistake of trying to use an alternative Estate agent once and after several months switched to Greenslade who within 3 weeks had the very beautiful home sold. Outstanding people in my experience.
Extremely disappointing! We purchased a property through GTH, and initially, communication was 'ok', but shortly afterwards, our agent left the company and we had a different agent as a point of contact. The vast majority of updates and communication came from our own, (different), estate agents, who we used to sell our own property. Really disappointed with the communication I received. I inquired on a property on Friday last week, to which I also rang the branch and was told the will book a viewing for me. A few days had passed so on the Monday I went in and explain I have inquired already and I’m happy to view the property listed. I was told I will get a call back… 5 days passed and nothing. Really poor communication, there are other estate agents in burnham that are much better.
Very patient and understanding staff. Did their best to accommodate my requests and to expedite the sale despite the vendor suffering unforeseen difficulties whilst selling. I am very happy with the lovely flat I am purchasing and greatly looking forward to living there.
