Awful experience. Charming when they came to value my property. But 6 months on, not even a courtesy telephone call to discuss the sale situation. Not one single viewing in 6 months either. Office staff rude, patronising, totally disinterested. When I did call intermittently to find out what was going on, sales manager brusque, blunt, made me feel I was taking up their time. Started off well with good first impression when shown around property. Communication VERY quickly dropped off once we were signed up to purchase. Felt like they purposely kept communication low, asked to email instead of call because of mobile reception but this repeatedly didn’t happen, patronising when we did speak, didn’t pass on information to vendors leading to anger and frustration from them when we later met. 95% bad experience for something that is meant to be a huge exciting step.
