Great agents with professional staff who treat you with respect and a lot of support through the very stressful process of buying and selling. They always answer queries immediately and although it's supposed to be friendly to speak to you using your first name, I am pleased to say that they don't do this. It is etiquette to always use the buyers full name and GTH always do this.
