Giving a 5 star because had a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone needing this service done. Took my 2012 Prius-C in to have the hybrid battery replaced. Kyler was very thorough and knowledgeable. He answered my questions before making the appointment. Kyler communicated very well through the whole process. He was very quick. These guys were efficient and understanding. They were able to get us in and out less than an hour, and since we were traveling, they were nice enough to let us keep our dogs with us in their lobby. My 2012 Camry hybrid is driving a lot smoother with the new upgraded battery and fuel mileage is back up to what I’m used to. Parts and battery came out to be over half the price a dealership would have charged, and the warranty is comparable. Kyler is a great guy and easy to work with.
When my Toyota Prius' 2006 hybrid battery started acting strange last month, I already knew who I was going to call. Finding myself in the same situation years back I had called on Greentec and they did not disappoint. The choice between taking a chance on a new car or repairing my hybrid battery the first time was much more uncertain; but even if the replacement only lasted the listed warranty period it was a better choice for me. They did an excellent job, quick and easy. Great price as well! The technician came to my house and replaced the hybrid battery right in my driveway. My 19-year-old Prius has a new lease on life!
Greentec provided a great price and scheduled an onsite battery changeout in less than a week from the original call. Tyler from Tennessee did an excellent job and explained everything clearly to my wife on what he found and what he did. No small task, mind you. Very satisfied with Greentec. This is the 2nd time I have used them.
