When my Toyota Prius' 2006 hybrid battery started acting strange last month, I already knew who I was going to call. Greentec provided a great price and scheduled an onsite battery changeout in less than a week from the original call. Tyler from Tennessee did an excellent job and explained everything clearly to my wife on what he found and what he did. No small task, mind you. Very satisfied with Greentec. This is the 2nd time I have used them.
A few years ago I purchased a neglected and given up on 2000 Honda Insight manual with only 54K miles. It had a few small issues and a “bad” battery. I cleaned it up, then manually drained and balanced the hybrid battery many times to get me by for a few years. But after recent constant battery errors, I realized this original almost 25 year old battery was finally done and gave Thai at Greentec a call. Greentec surpassed my expectations. They were thorough and careful with my “baby,” 2012 Leaf. Thai kept me informed through the whole process. With the replacement battery, she’s got ample range for my needs and many more years of life left in her. I could not be happier with the entire Greentec experience.
I gotta give props to both Tyler Zimmerman in online sales and Thai in the Nashville shop, for excellent customer service with my recent hybrid battery replacement. Tyler patiently answered my questions as I did my research and shopped around and made arrangements and Thai proactively communicated about battery inventory and the timing of my install to get our family's car back on the road as quickly as possible. Would absolutely recommend to other and do business here again. Thanks guys!
