A great place to have your hybrid battery replaced. GreenTec has installed a battery that has the same range as when my A3 etron was new with a warranty. Ben did a great job keeping me updated on the process. The shop is super clean and has a lot of parts on hand. Really appreciate what they did and looking forward to using my car for several more years.
The whole experience was very professional. Great price, easy scheduling, and on time! I live 2 hours from Chicago in South Bend- this was not a problem for them. The battery swap was super speedy. I couldn't believe how quick the process was. Mike was AWESOME!
Panicked when my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Slowly drove to the shop where I get oil changes, etc. They ran a diagnostic and found I needed a new hybrid battery that they were not qualified to replace. Slowly drove home and googled “hybrid battery replacement near me.” Found GreenTec and gave them a call. They had a few different options. They also make house calls for a small additional fee. I definitely recommend this place. I just received a refurbished hybrid battery for my 2010 Prius. It was done within an hour and all my dash lights were fixed. The service was wonderful, prices are unmatched, and you get a warranty on the battery. Why wouldn’t you choose Greentec?
GreenTec Chicago facility replaced my high voltage batteries in my 2014 Volt with a new battery pack and the all electric range is better than when new. They did a great job and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.
