A great place to have your hybrid battery replaced. GreenTec has installed a battery that has the same range as when my A3 etron was new with a warranty. Ben did a great job keeping me updated on the process. The shop is super clean and has a lot of parts on hand. Really appreciate what they did and looking forward to using my car for several more years.
Our tech Mike Wojo, did a fantastic job. Quick to respond and super helpful. He diagnosed the problem with my car (which turned out not to be the battery) and fixed it on the spot. Tyler and Joshua were quick to get back to me by phone, and get me connected with Mike. Really appreciate the effort. Will use this business again!
Mike was very professional right from the start he called me to let me know when my battery will be ready and called me on the day of the replacement and he was on time. 10/10 experience! Got my prius hybrid battery replaced to give it a couple more years of life and I was back on the road within a couple days with all my dash lights off, running smooth and safe. I've been a Greentec customer for 3 years. I've bought both my hybrid battery and invertor from them and had them install both. My hybrid system is running great and the price was far below what the dealership wanted to charge. I can't say enough good things about the mechanics I've dealt with. Shout out to Ken
