Billy was amazing! I thought I was going to need a new hybrid battery, but thankfully, I didn’t. Even if I had, the prices here are incredible. They were honest about their pricing and what actually needed servicing, which ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. I was truly amazed watching Billy work—he was handling multiple cars by himself and still provided top-notch service. He’s really impressive! Thank you, GreenTec Auto, for your outstanding service!
They saved us about 4k vs the tesla dealer and got it done in under a week while Tesla said it would take a couple weeks to get the hv battery pack in stock. They warranty it for 4 years or 48k miles. Everyone was very nice to work with and really appreciate them making it a priority to get the model s back to us as quickly as possible.
Billy is a kind and brilliant mechanic, he keeps his shop tidy and will treat you right. Matt at the office is also very helpful. I ended at the shop after a series of unfortunate events moving across the country to start a new job. I needed three tows and different mechanics to diagnose various symptoms and error codes of the Prius battery but but none was able to give me a proper answer until I came to Greentec. We brought our 2014 toyota avalon hybrid in because the hybrid warning lights and check engine lights came on. They checked it out free of charge. Our hybrid battery needed to be replaced. We have 180k miles on it. They didn't have our battery in stock and had to order it for us. They did an amazing job for a fair price. Our car drives like a new car again. I was so grateful that my friend told me about this company. What I thought was going to be a $8,500.00 repair, as quoted to me by my regular auto shop, turned into a $2,400.00 repair. I will be forever grateful to Greentec EV & Hybrid Batteries. Thank you guys so much. Their customer service was excellent over the phone, and my experience with the technician that came to my home to do the repair was also excellent. I can't thank you all enough.
