Ramses was phenomenal! He not only replaced my HEV battery, but also installed my newly bought 12v battery since I didn't have the tools to do so on hand. Ramses was attentive and thorough, making sure I understood what was being done to my vehicle, and how to identify these parts/part locations in the future. He went so far as to check fluids, my engine air filter, and accompany me on a test drive of the vehicle. I am ecstatic to have my car working again, and so grateful for Ramses' patience & professionalism!
Best decision I've made in a long time! Ramses replaced my Hybrid battery yesterday and i could not be happier! The drive home was 1.5 hours and I could not believe the difference in the way the car drove. I guess my brain felt like it was just a battery to power the electrical, but I was wrong. The battery made a huge difference. I was going to get it done on the cheap and pay $800 less, but started to get a bad feeling with the mechanic that was going to do it for less. Very happy with the service here! My 2009 Camry’s hybrid battery finally quit on me and they gave me a very fair quote. I got an appointment for the next day, took in my car and Ramses walked me through what he was planning to do, and even made sure I understood how the car operates. We even took the car out to make sure it drove as expected before paying for my service. Could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend!
I bought a used 2008 gen 2 Prius in 2019. From my own 6-year maintenance history since I bought it, there has been a history of shoddy work on the car. At 171k miles, it finally needed a new hybrid battery. Greentec undercut my other quote by more than half the price. Went to Greentec after having an awful experience at another mechanic after our Prius battery died. The battery the other mechanic installed died within the day, and the replacement died within a week. He insisted his work was fine and wanted to charge us thousands more to exchange the sensors and ABS system in our car, insisting our car was faulty.
