I had a great experience with this company when they install a hybrid battery on my Lexus. The two persons that did the installation were wonderful and very polite. They let me know everything that they were going to do and did it in a very knowledgeable way. My car is running great again. I would highly recommend this company and I commend the two persons that handle my car they were great. I have no complaints. Hopefully my car will be running for a while longer. Thank you.
I found Greentec on YouTube after watching some of their videos. I like the fact that are a nationwide company and carry warranties with all their products. My personal experience was great. It took a little longer to get the battery that I needed but to be expected. I currently have a 2018 Tesla Model 3 long range. I just got my second battery from green tec today. My Prius only has 125,000 mi on it, even though I bought it in 2007. I killed my batteries by not driving my car very often. I can't speak highly enough about their service and their office. Very clean office, very clean bathroom, great coffee machine, tissues available in the customer area. They had everything! I waited for my battery change on my Prius, and it was done in about an hour and 15 minutes. He also changed out the battery on my key.
