The process of purchasing the refurbished battery was simple. My first problem began when my wife received a call from the front desk worker and the way in which he spoke with her was very demeaning. Tell her “we’re not installing it for you. It’s just a battery” as if she doesn’t know what she was purchasing. Whether he believes she knows what she is doing is none of his business. Green tec did a great job on my car, general motors wanted a lot more money but Jeremy got the correct part and got it fix for much cheaper and it looks awesome.

I was impressed how knowledgeable and professional the techs Blake and Leif were. It only took around an hour to install the new hybrid battery. Now it's like driving a new car. The performance and Gas mileage is back. Thanks.

Greentec Phoenix was professional, friendly, and fast. Toyota dealer = $5,000. Greentec rebuild with new cells = $2,500. Install was less than an hour. 2015 Camry runs great again.
