KC did an excellent job replacing the battery on our 2018 Nissan Leaf! Our car is back from the dead! The car basically could only go about 20 to 40 miles on a full charge before the fix. Range meter would go up and down erratically while driving it. Using The Chademo Charging port Caused half a dozen error codes, and the car was not drivable after that. I replaced the battery in 2024 on my prius . The warranty was 18 months. Fifteen months after installation, I had problems with the hybrid battery. The guys from this office replaced the battery under warranty free of charge without any problems. I give them the maximum number of stars for their honesty, professionalism, and speed of action.
I had the hybrid battery on my 2005 Honda Civic replaced by GreenTech Auto. The installation itself was quick and straightforward, which I appreciated. My only concern was that the replacement battery enclosure was quite dusty, as if it had been sitting exposed, and it wasn’t labeled to indicate which batteries were installed (8AH vs. 6.5AH). Green EV & Hybrid buttery company was great, great service. Came to my house installed the buttery, test drive the car in about an hour. The mechanic was nice, courteous and very professional. I recommend the company to anyone need to replace the Hybrid buttery with reasonable price with warranty. Oh, Spencer was also great, kept communication with from the start of the order to the finish.
Had my Prius towed here when it wouldn't start after a tire change at another shop and my car was giving a hybrid battery error code that the tire shop couldn't figure out. The guys at Greentec were kind and professional who were able to diagnose it in about 10min. It ended up being a high voltage fuse that was disconnected in the trunk. I didn't need a new battery this time, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back if I need one in the future.
