Very pleased with GreenTec Hybrid service. Technician Joe arrived on time, ran computer checks and explained problems with my hybrid battery failure. Replacement and testing went well, and short test drive okay. I would not hesitant to recommend or use the services of GreenTec again, and give 5 stars for their prompt response, customer service, and technical staff.
It was so long ago I can’t remember her name but the first person I had contact went over and above board to assist me. Joe, who installed my new battery did an excellent and thorough job. He explained everything he was doing so now I understand much more about the technology of the hybrid battery.
We bought a new battery from Greentec 4 years and 3.5 months ago for our toyota pruis 2008 with the 48 month warranty, it died after 17k miles which was a disappointment to us. Since the warranty expired by a few months, the only thing they could offer us was a free installation for another battery.
I LOVE Greentec Auto in Auburn. No is the best! I have had my battery replaced a couple of time and he is always courteous and friendly and my little Prius - coming up on 300,000 miles - just keeps trucking. 😊
The in house install was seamless and very quick, the employees were very knowledgeable and courteous and knew what they were talking about. And the product is phenomenal, it was like driving away in a new car, the upgrade to the eight amp hour cells improved the assist power immensely. I now can drive it hard and not deplete the assist down half way. All an all I have only good things to say about your company. I today purchased a second Honda Insight.
