A few years ago I purchased a neglected and given up on 2000 Honda Insight manual with only 54K miles. It had a few small issues and a “bad” battery. I am very pleased with the service. The whole process was so easy. My prius C battery died right before the july 4th holiday. I called on the 2nd, Fortunately there was a cancelation and Thai was able to come out the following day, July 3rd, to complete the installation of the new battery just in time. Total lifesaver!! Thai arrived on time, he was fast, friendly, professional, and everything has been running smoothly. I would recommend to other hybrid owners based on price, warranty and ease of service.
Great customer service from the 1st phone call, (with Hunter) to the 2nd call with Michael and the actual mobile visit with Thai. All 3 gentleman deserve 5 stars but the on site visit with Thai was the best example of customer service I've ever had.
