This was a great experience from ordering to pickup. The prices were amazing, the sales staff were responsive, and they have locations all over the US to save in shipping. About an hour after placing my order I got a call from Bruce at the Chicago location letting me know when to expect my purchase. A week later, I got a call the battery modules are ready to pick up. Bruce was even there on Saturday to load them into my truck and was the nicest guy. I can't recommend Greentec more.
We had a great experience with Bruce. He was super quick with the new battery install which was great for a Saturday morning car work up! Even then he was still very thorough with the diagnostic of the car to be sure a new battery would fix our issue. Overall we had a super friendly technician that did a great job 6-7 years ago that we returned to Greentech for the same great service.
I had a 2008 Toyota Prius that had a bad dc inverter. The dealer was way way too expensive to have it replaced. I contacted Greentec and Bruce took great care of me. I opted for the mobile install and everything went smoothly. I saved a lot of money and time. Thank you for the great job!
Excellent service. They received the battery quickly and had my car fixed in only a few days. They also did testing to ensure the new battery was acceptable after installation, and before handing the car back to me. The employees I dealt with were very kind and knowledgeable. The price of the battery and installation was also reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to keep their aging hybrid on the road.
Great service, from the initial contact with Ian in sales to the fantastic service and installation by Bruce. Bruce was so patient with me, answering all my questions and letting me and my husband watch the entire installation. Wonderful people to work with and highly recommend.
