Just had a refurbished battery put in by Greentec. Fast service by Ramses, done the same day while I waited! The Prius is working great again and fuel economy is back to where I expect. The only unknown is the durability of the re-furbished battery over the long term; but the one year warranty is a comforting should a short term issue arise.
I highly reccomend using Green Tec for your Hybrid Battery replacement. Ramses and his assistant were very efficient and professional during the replacement process. Ramses was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. If you have reservations about about replacing your hybrid battery please contact Green Tec. You will be impressed with the knowledge and service they offer. I highly reccomend using their service!
My Lexus had a hybrid battery that was replaced by Greentec almost 4 years ago. The battery was almost out of warranty when it started to fail, so I called to have it replaced under warranty and this company replaced the battery with no questions asked. I was able to schedule the replacement the following day.
