We have a 2008 Saturn Vue Hybrid with 30,000 miles and all of a sudden the hybrid battery started to give issues and turn the car off. We called all the local dealerships and none would touch hybrid. I posted on a Saturn Vue group on Facebook and someone suggested greentec and out a number. Called right away and they said they had the battery and it would be out in about a week to my destination. I had a great experience at the San Dimas location. Rene was nice and professional and was able to answer all my questions and replaced my battery very quickly. I was able to get it taken care of for less than $1,500 when the dealer wanted to charge me over $5,000. My car is running great now, but if I have problems in the future I will definitely come back here.
If you have an EV don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Greentec is who you want doing your work. This is our 3rd time using their services for my daughter’s 2012 Prius. Rene has been the absolute best. Dude just takes care of us. Their prices are better than anywhere else we checked and the turnaround time is always quick. FINALLY!!! A company in auto care that is honest, reliable and trustworthy :) Toyota quoted me $4600 to replace my main hybrid battery. Fortunately, my friend recommended Greentec and WOW! They offered me the same service at $2600 AND they came to me. When the nicest, smiliest guy showed up (on time) - Gustavo - I knew I was in good hands. He gave me GREAT NEWS!!!
