Excellent Customer Service & Assistance I found the Staff (Samantha and Christine) both to be professional. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions when I called there. It's good Living at Greenville on 141 is good. It's relatively quiet. It's child and animal friendly. I feel safe for the most part. Also the renovations that were done was a nice touch especially for the rent cost. It's a nice place to live.
Greenville on 141: great place to live! Rents are very reasonable!! There is plenty of parking so you never have to worry. The quadrants are great for activities. Pet friendly. For the most part very quiet. Never had an issue with theft. The staff is very friendly and you can pay your rent online. If there is ever an issue with the unit, maintenance is sent out ASAP. Great place to live close to all major highways and shopping. Also a Dunkin donuts within walking distance which is amazing!

its okay My apartment is small, I call it my Little doll house. I think the rent is too much for the space.
Come for A Visit. Stay for a Vacation. Our community is quiet, peaceful and located within walking distance of shopping centers and restaurants you couldn't ask for a more conveinient location.The landscaping is well-maintained and the office staff are always helpful and easy to communicate with. Most of the apartments have been recently remodeled and include a washer and dryer. The rent is reasonable for the area and there is plenty available parking.
