Dr. K and Frankie are the best! They seem truly concerned with me and my problems each time I visit the office. The staff is always friendly and eager to assist me with any issues I have.

I have been a patient for years with Dr. K. She is a very honest and straight to the point type of doctor. She is excellent in her field. She was concerned when she had to give me bad news and compassionate when I did not take it well. She delivered my daughter's baby and I could not have asked for a more professional and attentive doctor. Her office staff is always willing to accomadate me. They are all patient and kind. I would never any woman use dr k,she is I'll mannered and a flat ass b___ no kindness what do ever,and not to mention she nearly killed me in surgery for hysterectomy,so I would never use her!!!

I first used this clinic earlier this year and was drawn to it because of the superior service I received on the phone. This service continued with my visit there that same day. I was so grateful to have someone so helpful. Today, I scheduled a consultation for fertility questions. I was called up to the desk and told to pay my copay of $10. I informed the receptionist that I usually don't have a copay, and to please verify. She checked and said, "Oh, it's 10% because you have met your deductible. I was excited to find a female doctor because i wanted someone who would take the time to listen and explain. The staff and the doctors were impatient and unfriendly. Maybe it was because they are always so busy, but i have never felt so uncomfortable and like i was just another "number".

I went there last year for a check up. I received a presciption for a year supply of Yaz. During that year, I moved away from east texas to North Dallas and made another appointment with another doctor near to a year later. All I needed was one more month of Yaz to make it to next appointment (another Doc in Dallas) and they would not grant it to me.
