Since moving in, we have faced numerous ongoing issues. Initially, there was a double booking with our property tour. Our WiFi was nonfunctional for over a week, yet we were still charged for that time and were told this fee could not be credited. Within the first three days, we were blamed for plumbing problems affecting the entire building and were charged over $700 in fees. My Daughter has lived there for 3months. Her keypad didn’t work, their solution, climb thru the window. Her sink was clogged for almost a month, multiple attempts to contact management, when they fixed it the dishwasher wouldn’t drain. She had standing water in her sink for 20days plus 10 more days of sewage in dishwasher. Management was completely unresponsive.
