I had such a great experience with GMS! I ordered tretinoin over the phone, and Hillary made the whole process so easy. She even had it delivered to my home and included some samples along with a handwritten note, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s rare to come across that kind of care and attention to detail, and I really appreciated it. Everyone is exceptionally professional and patient at GMS, West Hartford. Koral was particularly helpful and patient with the many questions and concerns I had about cool-peel laser treatment. I appreciate the time spent with me and her understanding of my fears/concerns. Highly recommend!
