I had such a great experience with GMS! I ordered tretinoin over the phone, and Hillary made the whole process so easy. She even had it delivered to my home and included some samples along with a handwritten note, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s rare to come across that kind of care and attention to detail, and I really appreciated it. Sam is a fantastic aesthetician she took great care to explain all of the steps to me that she was doing with my Hydro facial. I would highly recommend that you go to her when you need a great facial that is at Greenwich spa in West Hartford.

Everyone is exceptionally professional and patient at GMS, West Hartford. Koral was particularly helpful and patient with the many questions and concerns I had about cool-peel laser treatment. I appreciate the time spent with me and her understanding of my fears/concerns. Highly recommend!
Koral is super professional and intelligible at her job! She explains everything thoroughly and listens to your needs as a client.
