This provider has taken over 72 hours to refill my prescriptions every single time for the last year. I have had to call his office on two occasions to see why it has been 3 days and my prescription still wasn’t filled. I am searching for a new doctor that actually cares. I’ve never had a doctor, besides Dr. Williams, that has taken more than a few hours to authorize a refill.
Impossible to get medication refilled from Dr. Williams in a timely manner. Requests for refills made days in advance are ignored. Happens every month. Lifestance supervisors must be contacted to remind Dr. Williams of refill requests that were turned in days ago. Extremely disappointed in Dr. Williams.
