Dr. Wigand did a fantastic job. She clearly explained the procedures required and followed up to ensure I was recovering well and satisfied with my treatment. I actually look forward to visiting her office because of their excellent service.

My experience was awful. I went for treatment and felt like all I received was judgment. I certainly have issues with my teeth, but that's why I was there. She talked to me in a repulsed tone. As I was leaving I saw her discussing me in disgust with the front desk person. It wasn't a discussion involving my care. It was a petty, judgmental conversation. Extremely unprofessional and I will never be treated by her again.

She prescribed a treatment plan of extraction, followed by implant..for $3,729. She then went beyond what I had been sent there for, and additionally prescribed another 4 hours, at $300/hour, of dental cleaning by "her" dental hygienist.. Total cost at this point $4,929. I had just been seen by my dentist and his dental hygienist, who did not feel I needed that..$$$ My tooth extraction was prolonged and painful, making me seriously question her skills. I fired her and went elsewhere.
