I found Greybeard Rentals through researching rentals near Asheville. I'm so glad we found them, as we just spent a lovely week at Sterling Retreat near Black Mountain. The cabin was well-maintained and had an excellent view of the mountains. I would not hesitate to rent through Greybeard Realty again.

my brother recommended greybeard to us and they did not disappoint. They have a wide variety of rentals and know something about each and every one of them in terms of location and amenities. the process to rent through them is fast and efficient. the home was clean and well appointed. the welcome kit and loaf of fresh cake from a local bakery was a nice touch. highly recommend them

We had a great experience with Graybeard and will definitely use them again. Several times in my childhood my family would vacation in Montreat. I remembered rock hopping and running around eating Icecream and paddle boating across the lake, that’s been at least 25-30 years ago. This weekend we got to come back with my parents and my sister and her family and reminisce on old memories and make new ones with our own kids. What a great little weekend get away for us.
