We absolutely loved our stay at Cedar Ridge. It was a wonderful house. We had plenty of room and very clean! We definitely will look at returning in the future!

We rented McCall House. It was adequately supplied and provided enough room for our whole group. We especially appreciated the large dining room table. The only downfall is that it is just far enough away from Anderson Auditorium that we had to drive if we wanted to be on time. However, driving kept our group even more together! We had a great week!

Nearly Eden review: While my husband and I love a nice hotel room, when traveling for more than a few days we crave more space. This cabin has all the comforts of home, and then some. Every room is beautifully furnished, the retro style kitchen a special touch. Loved having coffee on the front porch rocking chairs...watching the fog burn off the mountains every morning... and relaxing in the private hot tub on the back patio each evening. We've been renting from Greybeard for more than ten years, and we are always very pleased with both the rental and the service. The houses are well-maintained, and the one problem that we have had in all these years was dealt with promptly. We've just completed a very relaxing, rejuvenating week at Grace House and plan to return next year.

This was our 3rd time renting Pearson Lane. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to the unique shops in downtown Black Mt. Ingles grocery store is only 4 minutes away. Greybeard Realty is very nice to deal with and we appreciated the bag of local coffee and loaf of pumpkin bread that awaited us upon arrival. The deck with a mountain view is a great place to enjoy morning coffee. We did not use the fire pit, however it was nice to have it provided. This was our fourth year to stay in Chidi San Memories, it has become our "home" for a week in Montreat. Everything was great, our favorite is the wonderful front porch, a good place for morning coffee or wine in the evening. I have already reserved it for next year.
