Who likes going to the dentist? NO ONE! But if you must this is the place. Full accountability statement here ... I have not done a good job of caring for my teeth and as a professional adult my job requires me to smile and sound confident. I really haven't been able to do that but now I will. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAFF from the receptionist to the dental hygienist and dentist!!! Everyone made me feel so welcome and comfortable I have horrible dental anxiety and I had not one moment of anxiety even with having 2 extractions in this office! This visit definitely let me know I need to bring the whole family the office also have AMAZING prices w/ or w/o insurance! You can tell they love what they do! 10/10 Recommend!
I had an amazing experience at GrinVille Dental Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. I am a new.patient and my experience has been exceptional from the first telephone call to my initial appointment. The entire staff from the front desk to the dentist are very welcoming. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my teeth and I didnt feel they were trying to run up a bill on me. The location is convenient and the office is clean and nice. I would recommend Grinville to my family and friends.
I am hesitant to give a dentist 5 stars, dental is always painful imo. If not the day of then at least the day after. Yet here I am giving 5 stars. Why? Professionalism, kindness and convenience. Everyone here was so polite. I have an extreme aversion to dentistry. Truthfully I only went because I absolutely had to. They did everything they could to keep me comfortable and relaxed.
