I am a new.patient and my experience has been exceptional from the first telephone call to my initial appointment. The entire staff from the front desk to the dentist are very welcoming. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my teeth and I didnt feel they were trying to run up a bill on me. The location is convenient and the office is clean and nice. I would recommend Grinville to my family and friends.
I had a wonderful experience at GrinVille Dental! Dr. B was kind and took the time to explain everything we needed to do and why. They made sure I fully understood the treatment plan and didn’t have any questions before moving forward. The staff — especially Sam and Brittany — were so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough great things about Grinville Dental Clinic and Dr. Germain Bemphah! I am hesitant to give a dentist 5 stars, dental is always painful imo. If not the day of then at least the day after. Yet here I am giving 5 stars. Why? Professionalism, kindness and convenience. Everyone here was so polite. I have an extreme aversion to dentistry. Truthfully I only went because I absolutely had to. They did everything they could to keep me comfortable and relaxed.
