I called here after reading most of the reviews and spoke with a front desk associate. Polite, nice and helpful however, when I called I explained SPECIFICALLY what I needed and stated I did not want to waste anyone’s time as my funds are limited so I would need someone to check my benefits to make sure what I needed was covered by insurance BEFORE I came in. I had an amazing experience at GrinVille Dental Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. I am a new.patient and my experience has been exceptional from the first telephone call to my initial appointment. The entire staff from the front desk to the dentist are very welcoming. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my teeth and I didnt feel they were trying to run up a bill on me. The location is convenient and the office is clean and nice. I would recommend Grinville to my family and friends.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAFF from the receptionist to the dental hygienist and dentist!!! Everyone made me feel so welcome and comfortable I have horrible dental anxiety and I had not one moment of anxiety even with having 2 extractions in this office! This visit definitely let me know I need to bring the whole family the office also have AMAZING prices w/ or w/o insurance! You can tell they love what they do! 10/10 Recommend!
So good! I went in as a “second opinion” type of appointment. My old dentist diagnosed me with dry socket a few days after he pulled my tooth. It kept feeling worse, and I wasn’t sure if that was normal. Dr. Bempah and staff were wonderful and put me at ease. He gave me tips the old dentist never did, and prescribed me a steroid to help. I have a follow up next week to see about the progress. I highly recommend!
