I cannot express how impressed I am right now! From walking in the door as a walk in, I was seen right away. Chris was very sweet and professional, Dr B listen to me! Finally a doctor that listened! Sam was awesome! I cannot wait to finally start my journey and start feeling confident about my big beautiful smile I’m going to have. Highly recommend going here. More to come!
I called here after reading most of the reviews and spoke with a front desk associate. Polite, nice and helpful however, when I called I explained SPECIFICALLY what I needed and stated I did not want to waste anyone’s time as my funds are limited so I would need someone to check my benefits to make sure what I needed was covered by insurance BEFORE I came in. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAFF from the receptionist to the dental hygienist and dentist!!! Everyone made me feel so welcome and comfortable I have horrible dental anxiety and I had not one moment of anxiety even with having 2 extractions in this office! This visit definitely let me know I need to bring the whole family the office also have AMAZING prices w/ or w/o insurance! You can tell they love what they do! 10/10 Recommend!
I had an amazing experience at GrinVille Dental Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Who likes going to the dentist? NO ONE! But if you must this is the place. Full accountability statement here ... I have not done a good job of caring for my teeth and as a professional adult my job requires me to smile and sound confident. I really haven't been able to do that but now I will.
