I cannot express how impressed I am right now! From walking in the door as a walk in, I was seen right away. Chris was very sweet and professional, Dr B listen to me! Finally a doctor that listened! Sam was awesome! I cannot wait to finally start my journey and start feeling confident about my big beautiful smile I’m going to have. Highly recommend going here. More to come!
I had a great experience at Grinville Dental with Devin as my dental hygienist! She completed my deep cleaning thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Devin was very professional, gentle, and explained everything she was doing step by step. What I appreciated most was that she took the time to actually teach me how to properly and thoroughly floss. I called here after reading most of the reviews and spoke with a front desk associate. Polite, nice and helpful however, when I called I explained SPECIFICALLY what I needed and stated I did not want to waste anyone’s time as my funds are limited so I would need someone to check my benefits to make sure what I needed was covered by insurance BEFORE I came in. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAFF from the receptionist to the dental hygienist and dentist!!! Everyone made me feel so welcome and comfortable I have horrible dental anxiety and I had not one moment of anxiety even with having 2 extractions in this office! This visit definitely let me know I need to bring the whole family the office also have AMAZING prices w/ or w/o insurance! You can tell they love what they do! 10/10 Recommend!
