Rita and Manisha are wonderful!! Whenever I have needed them there were there. Asking for extra help is met with a smile and promptly addressed. They have always taken such tender, loving care of Ethel Williams. During COVID 19 the caregivers have been careful to assure everyone is safe. The caregivers were much better than I expected. We had a little trouble with one or I would have given a 10. The Griswold method of having two caregivers that alternate is great - it gives them a break which makes everyone happier. I also appreciated how quickly Griswold found us our caregivers, and the ease of payment.

The professional staff of care givers provided loving care for my mom from June 2014 through March 1, 2019. During the transitions of care provided, each level was met with attention to detail. We started with Griswold Home Care in 2017. We began with one 8 hour shift for my Step-Dad and Mom. As time went on, and my Step-Dad got sick, we increased to three 8 hour shifts, until he died. Today, we have one Live-in Caregiver for Mom. In every instance, Griswold has supplied wonderful compassionate caregivers. Not only are the caregivers great, but also, just as important, the office staff is responsive and takes care of any issues. I have referred many families to Griswold and will continue to in the future.

We were very pleased with the way my mother was cared for in the last few months of her life by the very compassionate caregiver and staff. My sister and I could not always be there, and it was very comforting knowing she was well taken care of. Although she couldn’t always relay it, I know she was happy too.
