I was referred to Griswold Home Care. I was impressed from the first time I had contact with the director, Nolan. Nolan is thoughtful and extremely responsive. This was the first time we were needing some for 24/7 care for my Mom who has ALS. I had never been through the process before. We are using Griswold caregivers for my 87 year old bedridden father on hospice. His needs are numerous, including diapers, catheters, continual oxygen, pureed feeding;he aspirates during every meal). Nolan came immediately and began searching for aides that could manage my father's level of care. Initially, finding the right caregivers was a bit challenging.
