I have had a wonderful experience with Griswold Home Care. The time had come to bring my 85yr old mom with dementia and other health complications to live with me after a horrible experience at a local assisted living facility but as a single parent of five and working full-time I had no idea how I would balance it all. We needed someone to give in home care very last minute and called a few different places. Griswold really jumped through some hoops to come through for us. Our LO needed 24/7 monitoring and I needed to be able to sleep. Our aide Nancy was amazing. So kind and patient in dealing with extreme agitation/aggression in terminal restlessness. 20/10 would recommend this company. Our contact point Karen went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and was super responsive in all communications.
I have had several occasions to use Griswold Home Care and have never been disappointed! Karen always makes sure that a compatible caregiver is assigned and my Stepmother always enjoys the company while receiving excellent care!
I highly recommend Griswold Home Care. Karen V. is fantastic! She went above & beyond making arrangements for my father's care. She was in constant contact with me providing updates & reports from the caregivers sitting with my father. All the care he received was outstanding.
