Griswold is great! I am apparently a critical reviewer because I have not had a service that has gone above and beyond for quite some time, but Griswold does Go above and beyond, which prompted me to write this review. The customer care phone service is phenomenal. They are flexible, knowledgeable, friendly. Empathetic, and compassionate! These folks were exceptional in helping me with my father. I lost faith in our private healthcare and then I was introduced to them. They helped me by staying with dad as I took care of tasks that needed attention away from the home. Each caregiver went above and beyond for me. I cannot say thank you too much. I highly recommend using Griswold.

I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Griswold! Our caregiver, Faith has been exceptional! She truly cares and takes the initiative to get to know the family she is placed with. Faith engages my Mom in activities to stimulate her thought process, has mindful conversations with her and speaks with her, not at her. Faith has been wonderful with my mom & we were lucky to have been paired with her!

I am the only living child and my father Jack, broke his hip. THEMA gave me your name Anne Parsons. Emily has been a GOD send!! I have hired others and they are not 1/4 what this company can do. They KEEP their promises!!! Love all Love. Thanks, Tina

Our new aide Daphne is AMAZING too! She takes such great care of my MIL. We couldn’t be happier with everyone we have had or to care for her. Would recommend her and Griswold to all!!
