"Groove Subaru made car buying a very pleasant experience. " It was my after buying experience that was even more remarkable. The "followup program" sets Groove apart. Brendan Hancock came to my home in March 2017 and explained many aspects of the car (that I would have had no idea). Furthermore, periodically over the years he has answered random text message questions I had. Almost 3 years later he still answered questions (above and beyond!!!). "Great experience" Buying a new car is stressful, but everyone at Groove Subaru was so friendly, helpful, and knowedgeable. Jason actually texted me on my way in because I"d signed up the night before for a test drive and then met us at the door. He took the time to understand what features I was looking for and my price range and then went and brought the perfect car for me to test drive and evetually purchase. The rest of the staff was great, too, and trade in negotiations and purchase process went smoothly.
