Good experience in trying times Al Ortiz helped me via the Groove Toyota (GT) web site. I had to social distance but still transact business. Groove competed w/ a few other dealers, but the product features and the Agent involved swayed my decision. Mr Ortiz was prompt, treated me well, and helped in every way imaginable - I was surprised. Sergio and Groove Toyota It was time to buy a new SUV regardless of the Covid-19 lock down. Sergio and Groove Toyota rose to the challenge and arranged a test drive (when the other closer dealership failed twice). We also threw some other curve xxxxx regarding pricing and Groove responded better than 5 other dealers on the front range.
1st time buyer My salesman Macy helped me through this whole process remotely from the comfort of my own home got to set up the test drive and see all the specs and features and out the door pricing all from my house as I live a few hours out and i purchased an amazing car at an amazing price Macy if your reading this your the man!
