Due to a delayed supply of the plug-in hybrids, the process took 12 months. Josh was always pleasant to work with and he kept me well informed. Friendly with no pressure Friendly, helpful, and from all appearances so far: honest. Just about everyone we interacted with was personable. Nia Kicked Butt! From the Get Go, Groove Toyota made things easy. Nia was our salesperson and she was awesome to work with. She listened to what we were looking for, narrowed down the field, and nailed the vehicles to look at. Everything was smooth as warm butter and we were in and out of the dealership within three hours. No All Day Runaround which was nice. Overall Nia kicked some serious butt and Groove had exactly what we wanted.
