Dishonest On 9/15 I contacted Groove Toyota to be put on the waitlist for the 40th Anniversary 4runner. I signed an agreement for a $1000 deposit that would be refunded if the car did not come in within 8 weeks. Toyota is unable to tell if this 4runner will be allocated so I emailed and inquired about another option. I did not sign an agreement for any other car. I've asked for a refund on the 40th anniversary since it will not be coming in and was told no. This dealership is not honest about their allocations or the waitlis... read more

Bad business model I Came out of state just to find out that the car they are selling was wrecked with clean carfax!!! The rear fender of the ford 2013 fusion energi vin: 3FA6P0SU1DR303533 was heavily damaged and poorly repaired/painted! So these guys did not inform me that the car had an accident and I had my italian thickness gauge to check dor paint job but did not use it since one could easily see the poor paint job on the side! Horrible customer service and service dept. Horrible service. Bought our car in 2020, 2 months later the transmission goes out. They “replace” it with a refurb without our knowledge. The transmission then goes out a year later again. We had it in the shop a week before that bc we were taking a road trip. Somehow they missed that the fluid was black even though I asked them to check everything before our road trip. Austin and Steve are a Winning Team From start to finish, the buying process was hassle free. Austin LeBlanc is one of the best salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. He listened and communicated in a timely fashion. Steve, in Finance, got me the best rate possible. Both were personable. It never felt like it was about a sale. I’d gladly buy from Groove Toyota again. And, I’ll be sure to recommend my family and friends should they want to purchase a vehicle.

Terrible experience- don't believe the website Website showed 10 available trucks- not true- there were NONE available. Emailed dealer the day before we drove down to look at the vehicles- set up an appointment- they knew what truck we wanted to look at- nothing was said in the email that they did not have any of the trucks available. Colossal waste of our time.

Good car. Sale experience was below average Overall, I would rate my buying experience as a 7/10. The car itself is of goodquality and theprice was fair.Unfortunately, as I was driving home from the dealer, I was in a fender bender. The driver who hit me proceeded to lie to his insurance agency and said that another vehicle that wasn't staying in their lane hit them sothat is why they hit me. What a scam Contacted Groove Toyota to order a new 2021 Tacoma TRD Pro. I was given the run around and never called back in July. Fast forward to today, reached back out and wouldn’t you know, the run around again. Was send an invoice that showed a $10,000 over MSRP “market adjustment”. There are 3 dealers in the same market selling for MSRP. Don’t let the “market adjustment” fool you. It’s greed. Tried to give the local dealer a chance, multiple times. Find a trustworthy Toyota when it comes time to buy.

given the run around Manager was very apologetic. Sales: 1. told me the vehicle needed to be inspected. 2. Vehicle needed more time for inspection 3. I couldn't come see the car. 4. Told come down to test drive. 5. Emailed me that the vehicle had an issue and not to come as I was half way there. 6. Sold the car while the car was being worked on. 7. Was ted a week of my time.

I apologize for your poor experience. We try to wait until a vehicle is reconditioned before we show it. However, there is always an option to purchase before the shop process is complete. This should have been communicated more effectively, and I am sorry for the lapse in communication.
