Delmar Fralick is the man you gotta see I cannot say enough good things about Delmar at Groove Toyota. He went so far above and beyond to help me with my situation. Great purchase experience Went in looking for a new or used Highlander. The sales associate was very knowledgeable (I know because what he told me matched the info I got from online research) and low key. When I asked about specific used vehicles shown online, he actually found them for me! Poor guy even ran back to get keys for a second vehicle when I found it while he was getting the keys for the first one I was interested in. No hard sell and first offer was below online price!
