Delmar Fralick in sales Delmar and the business office were outstanding. Friendly with great customer service and willing to negotiate a very fair price. We arrived at the dealership at 4:00 pm and I was driving my new Toyota home at 5:30 pm. A wonderful and quick buying experience. The best experience I have had in the purchase of more than 30 vehicles in my lifetime.
Good Communication Very polite and quick to try and help me find the right vehicle. They did give wrong information about a vehicle, forcing the sales manager to email a retraction and apology. But friendly overall.
Groove is great Delmar helped me with the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and I felt like he listen to everything I had to say and what I was looking for.

Super easy experience Worked with Lucas and he made the buying experience enjoyable. Everything was super easy, the environment is really welcoming, and everyone was helpful. Haven't had a ton of car buying experiences in my day, but it really put the others to shame. I would recommend Groove and would also suggest asking for Lucas.
