I had a great car buying experience at Groove Toyota. Aidan was very helpful with making sure I landed in the right ride, and the finance person was great to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership, was more than worth a two hour drive to buy from this dealership.
Don’t be fooled. Just as all dealerships they “reassure” you with the 100+ point inspection and they have a dealer name to uphold and not tarnish. Purchased a used Raptor two weeks ago. After getting the recent rain, went to used the windshield washer for the first time, pump goes but no fluid spraying. Stop and buy washer fluid thinking there is no way a dealer wouldn’t top off all fluids.. only to dump a gallon in and it poor out within one minute. Went in to just look at the new Crown Signia, Edgar and the team worked out a three vehicle trade in and I went home with it. They even helped me move all the vehicles around! Above and beyond.
