I had an excellent experience shopping for a car for my son at Groove Used cars. They were helpful, it was no high-pressure sale and I felt the price was very fair. Jeremy was extremely helpful through the process and even after. He promptly mailed me the extra set of keys. And even a month later I called Jeremy because I had lost all the paper work from the sale of the car and he was very helpful in getting all the documents reprinted and sent them to me promptly. I would highly recommend this dealership for buying a car.
I was a first time buyer looking for a car cause mine gave out. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and kind, I worked with Sergio who was amazing may I say. He wasn’t pushy, he was very knowledgeable, kind, and he’s was professional. They let me test drive 2 different cars and worked with me on the pricing and payment they even found me the best bank to finance my car through. My experience at Groove Used Cars was great! They were nice, helpful and professional. Not once did my salesman, Jeremy, seem pushy. He was knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely car about the outcome of you finding what you are looking for. I would recommend this location to anyone! I LOVE my car. It runs great and they paid great attention to detailing.
