Gross Point Signature Smiles.what a perfect name.I have been a patient with Doctor k for over 10 years now.she has done a great job on my teeth.and she has a outstanding staff.my last visit two days ago I had a concern because my insurance had changed.after my visit I went to check out.I asked the receptionist did she see the note I left about my insurance change.she said yes and had already taken care of everything. This is the best dentist office !! I love Dr. K and her staff always friendly and caring. I had a emergency dental issue and Dr. K was actually closed doing some inventory. When I told Cindy my issue Dr. K told me to come right in she would see me !! I cant say enough nice things about Dr. K and her staff ❤
Best Dentist including office staff and atmosphere I have ever encountered! I have encountered many but NEVER AS GOOD AS THIS!!!!
I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff. I was promptly taken back to the dentist chair. I have always received great service!
For today's visit, 5 stars. Started right on time, very friendly, professional, and, of course, my teeth feel great. At other visits, it has been frustrating how often I am asked if I want additional services that are not covered by insurance. It feels like an attempt to get me to spend more money, rather than to enhance my dental health. That did not happen at today's visit, and for that I am very grateful!
My hygenist was super awesome-- very clear explanations, and also made me feel safe!
