Exceptional service from start to finish. Staff is friendly, informative & professional. Dr. Benito is AWESOME!! Explains procedure while making sure you’re relaxed for it. Irina did my dental cleaning & she was great. I left with a big smile. Highly recommend.

Every thing said about Dr Brown is true true. I also have been his patient since forever. Always willing to give positive info about needed procedures. I want to follow him to his new practice, however I come from Charlotte, North Carolina, and I did that for years. I am coming to the practice in NY hoping I have similar experiences with other professionals at this practice.
Disappointed . I arrived at 3.30 for my 4.00pm appointment for teeth cleaning. Cleaning was started at 4.40pm. They don't communicate you just have to continue waiting which is so unprofessional. When I asked the lady at the desk why I've not been seen, she told me that my hygienist had an emergency which I didn't believe and she wanted me to reschedule my appointment after waiting for more than 1hour. I have no words, my experience passed expectations, I love when I go to a place and I see beautiful smiles, and great personalities, it brights anyones day, why going to work feelings negative. Seen rhe receptionist with a geeat smile, the hygiene very professional, and inform process, the doctor very concern always wanted to know if I have questions, it's like I step into the promise land of God where everyone is kind and loving.
