We went to our first appointment at Dr. Kailes office yesterday and it was amazing. My anxious child who I expected to be a nervous wreck and dissolve into tears didn't shed a tear. They took the time to show her all the tools, cater the experience to her sensory issues and overall make it an amazing experience. All our children will be having their dental care at this office- I only wish they worked with adults!
Dr. Kailes and her staff are great with all kids and very caring. I could not imagine taking my children anywhere else. During our visit today I was extremely impressed with the attention Dr. Kailes and her staff paid to all of the children and did so in a very timely and organized manner. Such a professional team should be recognized for their efforts. Thanks so much for the fantastic service you provide and most importantly how well you treat my kids!
We live in south west Jax, so it is a little bit of a trek to Fleming Island. It is so worth that drive. When my 3 year old end up with several cavities we consulted with a few dentists. One place suggested IV sedation as the only option (with a hefty price tag to go with it). Dr. Kailes was the only one who was willing to try treating him under nitrous and local letting him be awake for the several procedures. We could not be happier!
I really can't say enough about this place! I would never dream about taking my kids anywhere else. I personally had an awful experience with a pediatric dentist as a child and I just LOVE how they treat the kids. My daughter had to have some fillings and it was her first time getting a procedure like that. They took their time and were so concerned about keeping it as pleasant an experience as possible for her. They have SO much patience! You really just need to go to experience it for yourself
