I chose this company because I believed that having a licensed pool contractor meant the project would be completed professionally and that the license holder would stand behind the work. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. While the licensed contractor’s name and license were associated with my project, much of the work was performed by subcontractors from Cool Pools LLC.
