The staff are great and very responsive. They also made it easy to obtain the storage unit when I needed it quickly. The website for payment works well and accepts auto-payments; you can also pay for a few months in advance. The units are not environmentally controlled which was not a problem for my use. If I could ask an improvement, the roll up doors leak a lot of outside air/dust/dirt from the gaps in the side. So the items within will still get quite dirty if you don't keep them covered during long term storage.
Great storage facility with easy access and convenient location. The staff are friendly (Ms. April), helpful, and always quick to respond whenever needed. Communication is excellent, making the entire rental experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended
