Guaranteed Rate was incredible; the service was exceptional and timely. I worked with Michael Harrington and he was superb; always on time with calls and available when needed. I honestly went through a big bank first and after the repeated missed calls and no shows I decided to switch to Guaranteed Rate and was not disappointed. This has by far been the worse experience I have ever had when purchasing a new home. The amount of incompetence with this team is unreal. Poor document management and even worse communication. They cannot commit and stand by any dates and always push the blame and point fingers at someone else. I always heard great things about home buying and great lenders, working with this company specifically Mandy was a nightmare. She is very unprofessional, unorganized and disrespectful.
