I began renting a 10x15 storage unit from GuardBox storage 11 mos ago after having problems with another facility. Best decision ever! The cost is fair compared to other climate control storage facilities, with the added bonus of getting my first month free. Very clean facility and pest/rodent free. Staff is helpful and friendly, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing storage space.
Love the business overall. I have always had positive experiences with April B. and she is kind and very professional. The unit we have is just big enough for us to avoid admitted we really are the pack rats that we don't want to be! The main place has seen better days, some of the property needs a little TLC. But overall, I definitely recommend. Timely, professional, and just what we needed. The rates are even reasonable! Which is hard to find around here.
The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great, but it definitely could use a few upgrades. There are several bricks that are broken and have fallen off the side of the building and the outside lights look like they are hanging in for dear life. Wouldn't hurt to pressure wash the grime off on the outside, too. Other than that, I'm always satisfied with my unit.
5 stars all around! HUGE thanks to April absolutely a 5 star employee thank you for going above and beyond making our experience so nice! Update: can not say enough about April . She is an outstanding employee and I hope she is recognized for it! However Doors could use some repairs, the front of the building is showing some signs of breakage and the lighting isn't great.
How do you have a storage company and NOT have carts so that customers could easily take their items to their storage unit. I am disabled and my husband had to take one tote at a time back to our unit and it took FOREVER!!! This isn't acceptable. The unit was clean and had super friendly staff.
