Kayla was so helpful & friendly, she walked with me to show me the size unit bc I had questions about whether my stuff would fit and needed a visual. Talked it over with her and gave me advise as to what she’s seen, Gave me clear pricing, broke it down for me , as I’m on a tight budget, plus they have specials running at the moment. RENT HERE !!

Kayla and Troy are awesome. Had my stuff in storage in Belton and had to change due to rats. Units here are clean and secure If money is tight they are patient and understanding.

Customer service is exceptional, making a payment was super easy! However, I made my last payment yesterday at 11am. My unit was still locked out after my payment was late. I told them this would be the last month I would need the unit and would be getting my stuff out of storage today. I feel like this was intentional, this is unacceptable.
