Kayla was so helpful & friendly, she walked with me to show me the size unit bc I had questions about whether my stuff would fit and needed a visual. Talked it over with her and gave me advise as to what she’s seen, Gave me clear pricing, broke it down for me , as I’m on a tight budget, plus they have specials running at the moment. RENT HERE !!

Customer service is exceptional, making a payment was super easy! However, I made my last payment yesterday at 11am. My unit was still locked out after my payment was late. I told them this would be the last month I would need the unit and would be getting my stuff out of storage today. I feel like this was intentional, this is unacceptable.

I had a wonderful experience when I signed up for one of Guard Box's storage units. Kayla, who I believe is the new manager, was very helpful, and so was Troy and all the others that helped me. The building is neat and clean and the flatbed dollies were very helpful in moving my things into the storage unit.

It is new and clean and it really climate controlled. Staff very nice and knowledgeable. Rates are reasonable for this type of storsge unit. Plenty of parking. Easy to access.
