Great customer service, staff gave a tour of the place, explained what size each storage unit holds and the price for each too. The storage facility is very clean and smells nice. Also if it’s a hot day and you’re moving a lot of stuff, they provide water and flavored water too.
Employees and service are great here. Had a chance to meet with Barbara and she was more than accommodating to show me various storage units and to go out of her way to help out. If your considering a unit, this is the place to go.
Kayla at GuardBox Storage is an absolute lifesaver! She was so incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions. The facility is super clean and well-maintained, which is a huge plus. I felt really confident with her customer service. Definitely recommend this place and give Kayla a shout-out for all the help.
